Novancy, a leading private firm specializing in IT staffing and digital transformation, is currently looking for a highly motivated Junior Tech Recruiter to join our Casablanca office. This full‑time, hybrid role (HB) is designed for individuals who are passionate about talent acquisition and eager to build a career in the technology sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates for a variety of IT and digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates across multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in applicant tracking systems, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with the broader HR team to refine job descriptions, improve recruitment processes, and contribute to employer branding initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of recruitment and sourcing best practices.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
• Proficiency with MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to research and identify passive talent pools.
• Fluent in both French and English, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience
