    Novancy, a leading staffing and talent recruitment firm specializing in Information Systems and Digital Transformation, is expanding its team in Casablanca. We are seeking a Junior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment practice and support our clients across various technology sectors.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sourcing: Identify and engage qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, and other digital channels. Craft and post compelling job advertisements to attract top talent.
    • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings, ensuring a steady flow of qualified prospects.
    • Screening: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and language proficiency. Assess alignment with job requirements and cultural fit.
    • Documentation: Record candidate evaluations accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain up-to-date candidate profiles.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide regular updates on sourcing progress, and deliver suitable candidates.
    • Candidate Experience: Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
    • 0 to 6 months of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a related field (internships included).
    • Preference for candidates with a good understanding of technology-related fields.
    • Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
    • Strong research, communication, and MS Office skills.
    • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques; advanced level is a plus.
    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with ATS is a bonus.
