    Position: Junior Tech Recruiter

    Location: Casablanca, Morocco

    Role Overview:

    As a Junior Tech Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top technical talent for our diverse client portfolio. You will work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and identify suitable candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, industry forums, and internal databases.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for technology roles.
    • Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and optimize listings for maximum visibility.
    • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
    • Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Document candidate evaluations and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) accurately.
    • Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to refine role specifications and deliver high‑quality candidates.
    • Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipelines.
    • Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional interactions.

    Candidate Profile:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
    • 0 to 6 months of recruitment or sourcing experience (internships included).
    • Strong research and communication skills with the ability to engage and assess candidates effectively.
    • Basic understanding of technology-related fields and recruitment processes.
    • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
    • Detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
