We are currently seeking a Junior Technical Recruiter to join our team in Casablanca. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to six months of recruitment experience who are eager to learn and grow in the staffing industry. The position is full‑time and offers a hybrid working model, combining onsite presence with remote flexibility.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing: Identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), professional networks, and other channels. Craft compelling job advertisements to attract top talent and proactively build a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
- Screening: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and language proficiency. Assess alignment with job requirements and cultural fit. Document candidate evaluations and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable candidates. Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipelines. Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 0 to 6 months of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a related field (internships included). Preference for candidates with a good understanding of technology-related fields.
- Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken) – mandatory.
- Strong research and communication skills, with the ability to engage and assess candidates effectively.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques – a must (advanced level is a plus).
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) – a bonus.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
