    Novancy, a dynamic IT staffing and recruitment specialist headquartered in Casablanca, Morocco, is seeking a Junior Tech Recruiter to join its growing talent acquisition team. The role is pivotal in sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for technology-focused positions across a range of industries, including digital transformation, cloud services, and enterprise architecture.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Utilizing job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networks to identify and attract high‑quality candidates.
    • Crafting and publishing engaging job advertisements that resonate with technical talent.
    • Building and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
    • Conducting initial phone or video interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and language proficiency.
    • Evaluating cultural fit and alignment with client requirements.
    • Documenting candidate evaluations and maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Collaborating closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role specifications and deliver suitable candidates.
    • Providing regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipelines.

    The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, possess 0 to 6 months of recruitment experience (internships included), and demonstrate a solid understanding of technology-related domains. Fluency in both French and English, strong research and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office Suite and ATS tools are essential. A proactive, organized, and eager-to‑learn attitude is highly valued.
