Novancy Consulting, a leading IT staffing and recruitment firm, is expanding its talent acquisition team in Casablanca, Morocco. Position: Junior Technical Recruiter (Full‑time, Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, and other channels. Craft compelling job advertisements and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
• Screening: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and language proficiency. Assess alignment with job requirements and cultural fit. Document evaluations and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable candidates. Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipelines. Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates to ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 0 to 6 months of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a related field (internships included).
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Strong research and communication skills, with the ability to engage and assess candidates effectively.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques; advanced level is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with ATS is a bonus.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
