Novancy, a leading IT staffing and talent recruitment firm, is expanding its recruitment team in Casablanca. We specialize in connecting top talent with organizations in Information Technology Services and Consulting. We are currently looking for a Junior Technical Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate or someone with up to six months of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a related field. You will work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), professional networks, and other channels to identify qualified candidates for technology roles.
- Job Advertising: Craft compelling job advertisements and post them across relevant platforms to attract top talent.
- Candidate Pipeline: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings, ensuring a steady flow of qualified prospects.
- Screening: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and language proficiency. Assess alignment with job requirements and cultural fit.
- Documentation: Record candidate evaluations accurately in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain up‑to‑date records.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
- Candidate Experience: Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 0 to 6 months of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a related field (internships included).
- Preference for candidates with a good understanding of technology‑related fields.
- Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong research and communication skills, with the ability to engage and assess candidates effectively.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques; advanced level is a plus.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a bonus.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
