    Novancy, a leading IT staffing and talent recruitment firm headquartered in Casablanca, is expanding its recruitment team to better serve a growing portfolio of clients in information systems, digital transformation, and technology consulting. We are looking for a Junior Technical Recruiter who will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and evaluating candidates for a variety of technical roles across our client base.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), professional networks, and other channels to identify qualified candidates for technology and digital roles.
    • Job Advertising: Craft compelling job advertisements in both French and English to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with client requirements and brand voice.
    • Candidate Pipeline: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings, proactively engaging prospects and nurturing relationships.
    • Screening: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates’ technical knowledge, experience, and cultural fit, documenting evaluations in our applicant tracking system.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide regular updates on sourcing progress, and deliver suitable candidates.
    • Candidate Experience: Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
    • 0 to 6 months of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a related field (internships included).
    • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
    • Strong research, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Basic understanding of technology-related fields and recruitment processes.
    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a bonus.
    • Detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
