- Sourcing: Leveraging job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, and social media to identify qualified candidates.
- Screening: Conducting initial phone or video interviews to assess skills, experience, and language proficiency, and documenting evaluations in our applicant tracking system.
- Collaboration: Partnering with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
- Candidate Experience: Maintaining a positive candidate journey through timely communication and professional interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 0 to 6 months of recruitment or sourcing experience (internships included).
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
- Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of technology-related fields and recruitment processes.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
