Novancy, a leading IT staffing firm, is expanding its recruitment team in Casablanca. We are looking for a Junior Technical Recruiter who will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and evaluating candidates for our technology and digital transformation clients. The successful candidate will work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, source talent through job boards, social media, and professional networks, and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess fit.

Key responsibilities include:

• Utilizing various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche tech communities to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Crafting compelling job advertisements and posting them across relevant platforms to attract top talent.
• Conducting initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical knowledge, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and providing regular updates to the recruitment team.
• Collaborating with senior recruiters to refine job descriptions and improve sourcing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 0 to 6 months of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a related field (internships included).
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
• Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with ATS tools.
