    We are currently seeking a Junior Technical Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about people, technology, and the recruitment process. As a Junior Technical Recruiter, you will be the first point of contact for many of our clients’ hiring needs, working closely with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and deliver high‑quality candidates.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and internal referrals to identify potential candidates.
    • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
    • Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
    • Client Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to define job specifications, interview criteria, and selection processes.
    • Data Management: Accurately record candidate information and recruitment metrics in our Applicant Tracking System.
    • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.

    To succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication skills in both French and English, be comfortable using MS Office tools, and have a basic understanding of the tech industry. While prior recruitment experience is not mandatory, a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments will be highly valued.
