    Novancy Consulting is a premier IT staffing and consulting firm headquartered in Casablanca, Morocco. We specialize in placing top talent across the technology, finance, and consulting sectors, delivering tailored recruitment solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients. We are currently expanding our talent acquisition team and are looking for a Junior Technical Recruiter to support our growth initiatives.

    The Junior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment activities for technology roles. This includes proactive sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks, screening resumes, conducting initial phone and video interviews, and coordinating subsequent interview stages with hiring managers. The role requires a strong understanding of the tech industry landscape and the ability to assess candidate fit against technical skill requirements.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Developing and executing sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
    • Managing candidate relationships and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
    • Collaborating with senior recruiters to align talent acquisition strategies with client business objectives.
    • Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and reporting on recruitment metrics.
    • Participating in continuous learning and development programs to enhance recruiting skills and industry knowledge.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
    • 0–6 months of recruitment or sourcing experience, preferably in a tech environment.
    • Fluency in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency with MS Office suite and experience using an Applicant Tracking System.
    • Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
