    Novancy, a premier IT staffing and digital transformation firm, is seeking a Junior Technical Recruiter to operate from our Casablanca office. The position is full‑time with a hybrid working model, allowing a blend of on‑site and remote collaboration.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage passive and active candidates across job boards, social media, and professional networks.
    • Screening & Evaluation: Conduct initial phone screens, assess technical fit, and evaluate soft skills to match client requirements.
    • Candidate Management: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with account managers and hiring managers to understand role specifications and deliver quality hires.

    Required skills: excellent communication in French and English, research and research‑driven mindset, proficiency with MS Office Suite, and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems. A solid grasp of the tech industry and its talent landscape is essential.

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Experience: 0‑6 months (up to 0.5 years). Language proficiency: fluent in both French and English. Working type: hybrid (HB). Contract: CDI (full‑time). Location: Casablanca, Morocco.
