About the role
The Key Account Specialist – Immunology will join Johnson & Johnson’s Immunology sales team in Rabat. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the role serves as the primary link between the company and healthcare professionals, promoting a portfolio of registered immunology products across both public and private sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and increase market share for immunology products within the assigned territory.
- Maintain accurate coverage of the territory and ensure full compliance with CRM reporting requirements.
- Conduct customer segmentation according to company guidelines to deliver optimal tools, frequency, and service.
- Keep the customer database up‑to‑date to understand and fulfil client needs promptly.
- Stay current on disease areas, product information and competitor activities to provide best‑in‑class service.
Required profile
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales, preferably in immunology or related therapeutic areas.
- Strong ability to engage physicians, pharmacists and other key stakeholders in both public and private settings.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently while meeting company compliance standards.
