Laundry Manager

About the role

The Laundry Manager leads the laundry department of DoubleTree by Hilton Casablanca City Centre, ensuring an exceptional guest and member experience through efficient operations, stock control, and supplier management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily laundry department operations and maintain high service standards.
• Manage, train, and develop the laundry team.
• Control monthly stock levels, conduct stock takes, and minimise losses.
• Handle weekly stock ordering to maintain par levels and raise purchase orders according to forecasts.
• Liaise with suppliers to secure quality products at acceptable costs.
• Address customer service issues promptly and effectively.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, and capital equipment requests.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Perform any other reasonable tasks assigned by hotel management.
