The successful candidate will possess a robust background in Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering, and Process Modeling using BPMN. They will be adept at leveraging Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Visio to facilitate collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the end‑to‑end implementation of BMP solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
• Conducting comprehensive requirements workshops with stakeholders from sales, claims, and product teams to capture functional and non‑functional needs.
• Developing detailed process models and mapping current state to future state using BPMN notation, providing clear visual representations for both technical and business audiences.
• Coordinating with technical architects to translate business requirements into system specifications, ensuring seamless integration with existing BMP/ABS/GRP2/Guidewire platforms.
• Facilitating agile ceremonies—sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives—to maintain momentum and continuous improvement.
• Managing stakeholder expectations, providing regular status updates, and mitigating risks through proactive communication.
• Applying problem‑solving techniques to address complex business challenges, ensuring solutions are both innovative and compliant with regulatory standards.
• Maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of insurance domain trends, including sales, claims, and product development, to provide strategic insights.
• Ensuring adherence to industry certifications such as IIBA CBAP and ABSL1/ABSL2/ABAC, reinforcing the credibility of deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have 8‑10 years of total experience, with at least 6 years in a Business Analyst role, and a proven track record of leading large‑scale platform deployments.
