Role Overview

Novancy, a leading digital transformation consultancy, is looking for a Lead Business Analyst – BMP Platform Rollouts to join our team in Casablanca and Rabat. This permanent, full‑time role will be pivotal in driving the successful deployment of BMP-based insurance solutions for our key clients in the Moroccan market.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Analysis Leadership: Own the end‑to‑end business analysis lifecycle, translating business needs into actionable requirements.
• Requirements Engineering: Elicit, document, and validate functional and non‑functional requirements using industry best practices.
• Process Modeling (BPMN): Design and refine business processes, ensuring alignment with BMP/ABS/GRP2/Guidewire platform capabilities.
• Agile Methodology Champion: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage product backlogs, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams via Jira and Confluence.
• Stakeholder Management & Facilitation: Build strong relationships with senior executives, product owners, and technical architects; conduct workshops and steering committee meetings.
• UAT & Quality Assurance: Lead User Acceptance Testing preparation, coordinate test scenarios, and ensure defect resolution.
• Mentorship: Coach and develop junior Business Analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Experience

8‑10 years of overall experience in business analysis, with a minimum of 6 years in a Business Analyst role. Proven track record in insurance technology projects, particularly BMP/ABS/GRP2/Guidewire implementations.
