This role is central to shaping and delivering transformative projects, working within agile squads to bridge business needs and technical solutions. The analyst will lead requirements gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder alignment for BMP rollout initiatives. They will ensure clarity, quality, and traceability of requirements to enable seamless delivery, support backlog refinement, define acceptance criteria, and assist in UAT preparation. The analyst will collaborate with developers, testers, and architects to ensure alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle. They will also contribute to organizational BA standards, frameworks, and capability building, mentor junior BAs, and foster a culture of continuous learning. The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of total experience, including 6+ years as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain, strong background in BMP/ABS/GRP2/Guidewire or equivalent core insurance platforms, in-depth knowledge of BMP assets and underlying architecture, expertise in requirements engineering, process modeling (BPMN), and agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Visio). They must have proven experience in stakeholder management, facilitation, and problem-solving, with exposure to insurance domains such as Sales, Claims, or Product. Desirable qualifications include IIBA CBAP or equivalent certification, ABSL1/ABSL2/ABAC certification.
