Maintenance Technician – Injection Molding

About the role
The company seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician specialized in injection molding to ensure reliable operation of production equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform annual preventive maintenance on injection molding machines according to defined procedures.
- Diagnose and repair electrical failures and mechanical issues on Arburg, Optimel, and other molding machines.
- Maintain CNC machines and execute process‑putting tasks.
- Record all repairs and interventions in the SAP maintenance log.
- Support 5S implementation and organize the workplace.
- Assemble devices and improve equipment based on engineers' drawings.
Required profile
- Technical diploma (BAC +2) or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with injection molding machines.
- Strong analytical abilities and quick response to technical issues.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
Required skills
- Arburg and Optimel injection molding machines.
- CNC machine operation.
- Electrical diagnostics and repair.
- SAP maintenance logging.
- 5S workplace organization.
