Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Maintenance Technician will ensure the reliable operation of production equipment through adjustment, preventive maintenance, and start‑up of new machinery. The role also involves implementing improvements and guaranteeing compliance with quality, environmental, health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform adjustments and preventive maintenance on equipment, addressing any anomalies.
• Start‑up newly acquired production assets and apply required modifications.
• Introduce engineering‑defined improvements according to schedule.
• Complete and maintain required maintenance documentation.
• Manage spare‑parts inventory efficiently.
• Monitor first‑level maintenance activities and report material movements to the supervisor.
• Execute the preventive maintenance plan and respect all established procedures.
• Update maintenance intervention reports and ensure proper installation of new equipment.
• Adhere to quality, environmental, health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Bac+2/3 (BTS/DUT) in Electronics, Electro‑mechanical, Industrial Maintenance or related fields.
• Fresh graduate or up to one year of experience in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of maintenance processes.
• Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
• Effective problem‑solving techniques.
