Management Controller – Berrechid

About the role

Atlas Pharma Maroc, the Moroccan subsidiary of the Portuguese Grupo Tecnimede, is seeking a Management Controller to ensure reliable management information and support performance steering at its Berrechid manufacturing site.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and forecasts in collaboration with operational departments and Group Management Control.
• Produce monthly reporting (P&L, budget vs. actual variance analysis, KPIs) within Group deadlines.
• Monitor production costs, calculate and update standard costs, analyse manufacturing variances and value inventory.
• Analyse profitability by product, customer and channel and propose actions to improve margins.
• Track capital expenditure (CAPEX) and overheads, and support monthly and annual closings with accounting.
• Improve management tools, procedures and dashboards; prepare ad‑hoc analyses for local management and the Group.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Management Control or Audit (ISCAE, ENCG, business school or equivalent).
• 4‑6 years of experience in management control, preferably in a manufacturing environment such as pharmaceuticals, food or cosmetics.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting and product costing.
• Fluent in French and Arabic; good English is essential; Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.
• Rigorous, analytical and able to explain figures clearly to operational teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with an ERP system, preferably SAP.
• Familiarity with reporting/BI tools.
