About the Position

Join a leading player in the IT & Telecom sector as a Desktop Support Technician. In this role, you will be at the heart of our technological operations, ensuring that our end-users benefit from seamless, high-performance workplace technology and reliable hardware support.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality onsite and remote technical support for PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Manage and troubleshoot standard operating systems and essential business applications.
  • Resolve technical incidents and fulfill service requests following established ITIL-based procedures.
  • Apply intermediate-level expertise to diagnose and solve complex technical issues independently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for advanced troubleshooting and escalated support needs.
  • Participate in small to medium-scale IT infrastructure projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain rigorous documentation of all technical issues, activities, and resolutions.
  • Manage device disposal processes in strict compliance with company policy and security requirements.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in a technical support or desktop support environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment in non-standard situations.
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining high standards of professional service.

Required Skills

  • Advanced troubleshooting of Windows/macOS and mobile OS.
  • Proficiency in business productivity suites (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
  • Hardware maintenance (Laptops, Desktops, Peripherals).
  • Incident Management and Service Request fulfillment.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
