About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Outbound Sales Agent to engage German‑speaking prospects from the comfort of your home. You will represent Best Service Team (BST) and promote our B2B service solutions to help leading brands expand their reach.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to German prospects, introducing BST’s products and services.
- Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions.
- Record all interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and refine sales strategies.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay up‑to‑date on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Required profile
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Result‑oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software.
