The role is situated in Casablanca or Rabat and focuses on delivering comprehensive security assurance services within the Security Shared Services Center (SSSC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute security assurance assessments across entities, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Deliver Physical Security Services (PSS) and Operational Resilience (OR) services in a timely, consistent, and professional manner.
- Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects to meet contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate with group security and entity stakeholders to manage service outcomes.
- Develop and deliver domain-based training and awareness programs.
- Contribute to governance, monitoring, and oversight of shared security services.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the capability, efficiency, and performance of the SSSC.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bac+5 in Networks and Security.
- Relevant professional certifications such as CPP, PCI, CBCP, TAPA, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong intercultural sensitivity and flexibility.
- Excellent time management, ability to meet deadlines, and efficient workload handling.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to work in a matrix structure.
