Portuguese Bilingual Customer Service Associate (Casablanca)

About the role

Hytech is seeking a Portuguese Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join its Casablanca team. You will deliver professional support to an international client base via live chat, phone, and email, using both Portuguese and English to ensure a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, effective customer support through live chat, phone, and email.
• Assist Portuguese‑speaking customers with product, platform, service, and promotion inquiries.
• Communicate clearly in Portuguese and English across all interactions.
• Handle feedback, requests, and complaints with empathy and a solution‑oriented approach.
• Investigate issues, deliver accurate information, and document interactions in internal systems.
• Support the preparation, review, and translation of customer communications when needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure follow‑up.
• Maintain high service standards while meeting quality and performance targets.
• Provide administrative and operational assistance to the team as required.

Required profile

• Tertiary education, diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Fluent Portuguese with strong written and verbal skills.
• Strong English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, or similar role (preferred).
• Experience supporting Portuguese‑speaking customers (advantage).
• Background in fintech, financial services, banking, or e‑commerce (advantage).
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Interest in financial markets, fintech, or digital financial services (plus).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
