Orange Business, a global digital integrator, seeks a Product Modelling Governance Lead to oversee the entire product modelling framework for its B2B portfolio. The role involves maintaining and enhancing product modelling guidelines, ensuring consistency across all business lines, and acting as the liaison between product, marketing, customer journey, and IT teams. Responsibilities include defining product hierarchies, attributes, rules, dependencies, and pricing logic, as well as facilitating requirement clarification sessions across digital journey, managed services, order management, and service assurance entities.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, IT, engineering, or business, with 3–5 years of experience in telecom product management or related roles such as product owner, epic owner, or catalogue manager. Strong knowledge of telecom B2B products (connectivity, cloud, IoT), the TM Forum framework (especially SID), and familiarity with SAFe and Agile delivery environments is essential. The role also requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, attention to detail, and coordination skills to bring relevant parties together.
Key tools include Office 365, Visio, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and catalogue/CPQ platforms.
