The role is based in Casablanca and Rabat, with a hybrid working model that combines onsite presence and remote collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership & Organizational Impact: Align delivery with Allianz’s strategy, governance, and compliance standards. Contribute to organizational frameworks, templates, and best practices within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment. Support governance reporting, risk management, and audit readiness.
- Mentor Business Analysts: Build capabilities across the BA/PO community, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Product Ownership & Squad Delivery: Own and prioritize the squad backlog, craft clear epics and user stories with full traceability, facilitate workshops, define acceptance criteria, and validate requirements using personas, use cases, and value streams.
- Agile Ceremonies & KPI Tracking: Lead sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and track delivery KPIs to ensure timely and high‑quality releases.
- Stakeholder Bridge: Act as the primary link between business stakeholders, designers, architects, and developers, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Regulatory & Security Compliance: Uphold all regulatory obligations and information security policies, promoting a culture of security awareness and incident reporting within the squad.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 8–12 years of total experience, including 6–8 years as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Lead Consultant.
- Strong background in core insurance platforms such as BMP, ABS, GRP2, or equivalents (e.g., Guidewire).
- Proven experience in global rollouts or large‑scale transformation programs within the insurance domain.
- Expertise in backlog management, agile ceremonies, and stakeholder facilitation.
- Hands‑on experience with Jira, Confluence, and SAFe (or similar scaled agile frameworks).
- Demonstrated ability to steer cross‑functional teams and define product vision.
Desirable Qualifications:
- CSPO or SAFe certification.
- Previous people management experience.
