Novancy, a leading provider of information systems and digital transformation solutions, is seeking an experienced Product Owner to spearhead the Core Insurance Platform (BMP) initiative. This permanent, hybrid role will be based in Casablanca and Rabat, offering a blend of onsite and remote collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for the Core Insurance Platform, ensuring alignment with Allianz’s global insurance objectives.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to capture requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that the most valuable features are delivered first.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, planning sessions) and ensure adherence to SAFe principles.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration across product, engineering, QA, and operations teams.
• Mentor and coach junior product managers and business analysts.
• Monitor product performance metrics and iterate on the product based on data insights.

Required Experience:

• 8 to 12 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or consulting within the insurance domain.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale transformation projects and global rollouts.
• Deep familiarity with core insurance platforms such as BMP, ABS, GRP2, and Guidewire.
• Hands‑on experience with Jira, Confluence, and SAFe frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
