The Product Owner – Core Insurance Platform (BMP) is a hybrid leadership position that merges product ownership, agile facilitation, and strategic consulting. This role is based in Casablanca and Rabat, serving a global insurance leader’s BMP rollout. The Product Owner will be responsible for ensuring the product’s success by aligning with business vision, driving agile delivery, and maintaining regulatory compliance while mentoring Business Analysts and fostering a high‑performing team.
Product Ownership – Own the BMP product backlog, prioritize features, and define acceptance criteria that deliver business value. Work closely with stakeholders to refine the product vision and roadmap.
Agile Leadership (SAFe) – Champion SAFe practices across the team, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure that the team delivers increments on time and within scope.
Stakeholder & Regulatory Management – Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and technical teams. Translate regulatory requirements into product features and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Team Mentoring & Development – Mentor and coach Business Analysts and other team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Strategic Consulting – Provide strategic guidance to the client, helping them navigate the transformation journey, identify opportunities for improvement, and align product initiatives with business goals.
8‑12 years of progressive experience in product ownership, business analysis, or lead consulting roles within the insurance or technology sectors. Demonstrated success in leading large‑scale product rollouts and managing cross‑functional teams.
The role operates in a hybrid model (HB), combining onsite presence in Casablanca and Rabat with remote collaboration. This structure supports flexibility while maintaining strong team cohesion and client engagement.
