Orange Business, a leading player in the telecommunications and digital services sector, is expanding its Shared Platform Factory in Salâ Al Jadida, Morocco. We are looking for a Product Owner who will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our shared digital platform, ensuring that it meets the needs of our global customer base while adhering to the highest standards of quality, security, and architectural consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and prioritize user stories that align with the PI objectives and the overall product vision.
- Validate detailed functional specifications and qualification strategies to guarantee that the product delivers tangible value.
- Facilitate PI Planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring the team remains focused on delivering committed outcomes.
- Maintain rigorous SLA compliance, ensuring that all deliverables meet defined service levels and security rules.
- Document meeting minutes, decisions, and action items, providing clear and concise reporting to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in an Agile Scrum or SAFe environment.
- Strong writing and synthesis skills, with the ability to translate complex challenges into clear, actionable stories.
- Leadership and collaborative mindset, capable of guiding cross‑functional teams and fostering innovation.
- Excellent communication in English (fluent) and French (fluent), with the ability to produce documentation and presentations in both languages.
- Decision‑making tools and a solid understanding of network and telecommunications concepts.
