Had Soualem, a leading textile manufacturer located in the Casablanca region, is seeking an experienced Production Leader to oversee its high‑quality lingerie and swimwear production lines. The successful candidate will act as the critical link between design, engineering, and manufacturing, ensuring that every garment meets the company’s rigorous standards for fit, finish, and durability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of seamstresses, technicians, and quality inspectors. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Workflow Optimization: Design and refine production schedules, balance assembly lines, and reduce lead times while preserving the delicate nature of lace and elastic fabrics.
• Quality Governance: Implement and enforce strict QC protocols for intimate apparel, including lace placement, elasticity tension, and finishing touches. Lead regular audits and corrective actions.
• Technical Support: Provide on‑floor troubleshooting for mechanical or construction issues, with expertise in zig‑zag, overlock, and flatlock machines.
• KPI Management: Track productivity, waste reduction, and output targets. Report findings to the General Manager and recommend process improvements.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in textile production management, preferably in lingerie or swimwear. Proven track record of leading high‑volume, high‑quality production.
• Technical Savvy: Deep knowledge of garment construction, fabric behavior, and industrial machinery. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Kaizen principles is a strong plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem‑solving, emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage deadlines and people with finesse.
• Languages: Fluent in English, French, and Arabic.
