About the role
The Province of Berkane – Sidi Slimane Echcharaa is launching a public sector recruitment competition (concours) to fill a range of administrative, technical, and managerial positions within the local government. Successful candidates will join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high‑quality public services to the community.
Key responsibilities
- Support the implementation of regional policies and development programs.
- Manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks, including documentation, record‑keeping, and citizen inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure efficient delivery of public services.
- Participate in the preparation and execution of budgetary and financial reports.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and service standards.
Required profile
- Moroccan citizenship with a valid national ID.
- Relevant university degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in public administration, engineering, finance, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and French (English is a plus).
- Commitment to public service ethics and transparency.
