Position Overview
As a Full‑Stack Python/DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining end‑to‑end solutions that span data capture, processing, and deployment. You will work closely with computer vision specialists and product leads to deliver high‑quality, low‑latency services.
Key Responsibilities
- Build automated pipelines for video capture and data integrity, ensuring continuous backups.
- Implement pre‑labelling and automated clip processing using Python, OpenCV, and scikit‑image.
- Develop and maintain the HD Zoom Manager service with Flask, focusing on reliability and performance.
- Containerise applications with Docker, Helm, and deploy across Kubernetes clusters.
- Collaborate on system integration to ensure real‑time data flow from capture to visualization.
- Automate CI/CD pipelines, testing, deployment, and monitoring for system reliability.
- Produce clear deployment manifests and technical documentation for long‑term scalability.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full‑stack engineering experience with strong DevOps fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Python (automation, scripting, backend).
- Hands‑on experience with Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- RESTful API development skills using Flask or FastAPI.
Nice to Have
- Solid foundation in image processing (OpenCV, scikit‑image).
- Experience with industrial or computer vision systems.
- Familiarity with data labeling pipelines or MLOps workflows.
