Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates through proactive search techniques, leveraging professional networks, job boards, and social media platforms.
• Screening & Selection: Conduct initial resume reviews, phone or video interviews, and competency assessments to evaluate technical fit and cultural alignment.
• Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective candidates, ensuring a steady flow of talent for current and future client needs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and account managers to understand client requirements, refine job specifications, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Process Management: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite to manage candidate data, track progress, and generate recruitment reports.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication skills in both French and English, enabling effective interaction with candidates and clients.
• Solid understanding of technology domains, including software development, IT infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience with ATS platforms and proficiency in MS Office Suite for data management and reporting.
