Novancy, a leading IT staffing firm, is expanding its recruitment team in Casablanca. We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts across the Information Systems and Digital Transformation sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks, crafting compelling job advertisements, and building a robust pipeline of prospects.

Key responsibilities include conducting initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates’ technical knowledge, experience, and cultural fit. You will document evaluations in our applicant tracking system, maintain accurate records, and collaborate closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable candidates.

We value strong research and communication skills, a basic understanding of recruitment processes, and proficiency with MS Office Suite and ATS tools. Fluency in both French and English is mandatory, and a passion for learning and growth in a fast‑paced environment is essential.
