Restaurant Manager (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant, bar/lounge and room‑service operations at Taghazout Bay. The role involves overseeing daily service, maintaining high standards of sanitation, and driving guest satisfaction while achieving financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all day‑to‑day restaurant, bar and room‑service activities.
• Maintain service and sanitation standards in all food‑and‑beverage areas.
• Plan and adjust staffing levels to meet operational and financial goals.
• Assist with menu planning and ensure compliance with local liquor and food‑handling regulations.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Monitor financial performance, control costs and implement strategies to improve profitability.
• Handle peak‑time service, supporting servers and hosts on the floor as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, health codes and company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, or a 2‑year degree in Hospitality/Restaurant Management with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and employee development.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards, liquor laws and food‑handling regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
