Restaurant Manager (M/F) – Taghazout Bay Marriott Resort

About the role

The Taghazout Bay Marriott Resort is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead its restaurant, bar/lounge and room‑service operations. You will oversee daily service, support menu planning and ensure high standards of sanitation and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day restaurant, bar and room‑service activities, stepping in on the floor during peak periods.
• Maintain service quality, sanitation standards and compliance with local food‑handling and liquor regulations.
• Review staffing levels, schedule employees and ensure financial targets are met.
• Lead, coach and develop the food‑and‑beverage team, fostering a collaborative and trustworthy environment.
• Identify training needs, implement development plans and monitor performance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, **or** a 2‑year degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management, Food Service Management, Business Administration, etc., with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to manage operations, control costs and drive guest satisfaction.
• Strong understanding of sanitation, food safety and local liquor laws.
