Sales Assistant – EOIs & RFPs (MENA focus)

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to support our Environmental and Water Business Unit. The role focuses on managing Expressions of Interest (EOIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for projects across the MENA region, offering an international challenge and professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Track, coordinate, and prepare EOIs and RFPs, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Handle administrative management of proposal documents and maintain internal databases.
• Control documentation and ensure version consistency throughout the submission process.
• Coordinate with partners, external experts, sub‑consultants, and internal technical teams.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience preparing and submitting EOIs, RFQs, or RFPs, preferably for donor‑funded projects.
• Background in engineering, consultancy, water, infrastructure, or environmental sectors is a plus.
• Strong ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Relations, Environmental Sciences, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, systematic, and comfortable in multicultural, multidisciplinary environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Proficiency in MS Word.
• Experience with procurement portals and submission platforms.
