Sales Assistant – Talent Pipeline

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Sales Assistant to join our Talent Pipeline initiative. The role supports the commercial team by handling sales administration, quotation preparation and contract management, ensuring smooth operations across our global IT parts and services business.
Key responsibilities
- Track and follow up on new and existing sales opportunities to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with help‑desk, pre‑sales and delivery teams to gather required information for quotations.
- Prepare and submit sales quotations through Salesforce and provide supporting documents such as purchase orders, SFP and call‑support forms.
- Maintain contract administration, manage renewals and update pipeline data in Salesforce.
- Compile monthly sales reports for management by collecting data from internal departments.
- Assist the sales team with pipeline management and client follow‑up.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 2 years of coordination or sales administration experience.
- Fluent in French and English.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel (including VLOOKUP).
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
- Ability to work with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
