    As the Sales Team Lead for Morocco, you will be the driving force behind Glovo’s rapid expansion in the region. Your primary responsibilities include recruiting, training, and managing a high‑performing sales team that consistently meets or exceeds ambitious revenue targets. You will set clear sales quotas, monitor key performance indicators such as conversion rates and average deal size, and implement data‑driven strategies to optimize the sales pipeline.

    Key duties:

    • Team Building & Development: Recruit top talent, provide ongoing coaching, and create a collaborative environment that encourages motivation and high performance.
    • Goal Setting & Accountability: Establish realistic yet challenging sales targets aligned with company objectives, and communicate expectations clearly to every team member.
    • Performance Analysis: Track individual and team metrics, identify gaps, and take proactive measures to address underperformance.
    • Recognition & Incentives: Celebrate successes, reward top performers, and maintain morale during high‑pressure periods.
    • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align sales strategies with broader business goals, ensuring a seamless customer experience from order to delivery.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in high‑performance sales, preferably within a startup or fast‑growing environment.
    • Proven track record in training and motivating sales teams.
    • Strong command of CRM tools, with Salesforce experience considered a plus.
    • Excellent communication, influencing, and strategic thinking skills.
    • Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and capable of leading in a dynamic, tech‑focused culture.
