About the Role
As a Senior Account Manager for Small‑Medium Businesses (SMB), you will be the primary point of contact for our growing portfolio of local merchants in Casablanca. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing account strategies, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring the highest level of service across our e‑commerce, delivery, and logistics platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with SMB partners, understanding their unique needs and aligning Glovo’s solutions to meet those needs.
- Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals that drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—marketing, operations, finance, and customer service—to deliver seamless experiences for merchants.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve partner satisfaction and platform usage.
- Develop and execute account plans, setting clear objectives and KPIs for each partner.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic guidance on product adoption, market trends, and growth opportunities.
- Represent Glovo at industry events, conferences, and local business forums to strengthen our brand presence.
Qualifications
- 3‑5 years of experience in account management, business consultancy, or sales within the e‑commerce or delivery sector.
- Strong background in FMCG, food‑hospitality, or on‑demand delivery environments.
- Proficiency in marketing, operations, finance, and customer service functions.
- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to decision making.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- Native Arabic speaker with fluent English communication skills.
