    Glovo, a leading global on‑demand delivery platform, is seeking a Senior Account Manager SMB to join its Casablanca team. This full‑time, on‑site position (OS) offers a competitive CDI contract and the opportunity to work within a dynamic, fast‑paced environment that serves a wide range of customers—from food delivery to pharmacy, supermarket, and general retail services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute account strategies for small‑to‑medium businesses (SMBs), ensuring alignment with Glovo’s growth objectives.
    • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with SMB partners, acting as the primary point of contact for all account‑related matters.
    • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to tailor solutions that meet partner needs and drive revenue.
    • Analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling, and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
    • Lead negotiations, contract renewals, and service level agreements, ensuring mutual value creation.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.
    • Strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Project management experience, including the ability to coordinate cross‑functional initiatives.
    • Problem‑solving mindset, data‑driven decision making, and proficiency in data analysis tools.
    • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
    • Native Arabic speaker with fluent English communication skills.
