Position Overview
The Senior Account Manager – SMB will serve as the primary liaison between Glovo and its SMB partner network in Casablanca. This full‑time, on‑site role (OS) requires a proactive, data‑driven professional who can manage high‑performance accounts, develop business strategies, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SMB partners, ensuring their success on the Glovo platform.
- Lead high‑performance account management initiatives, setting clear KPIs and monitoring performance.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align partner strategies with company objectives.
- Analyze partner data to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Develop and execute account plans, including upsell and cross‑sell strategies.
- Provide regular performance reports to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in high‑performance account management or business consultancy.
- Strong background in FMCG, food‑hospitality, or on‑demand delivery industries.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering (BAC +5).
- Native Arabic speaker with fluent English communication skills.
- Proven commercial skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in project management, data‑driven decision making, and analytical approaches.
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
