    About the Role

    Glovo, a leading global on‑demand delivery platform, is expanding its presence in Morocco and is looking for a Senior Account Manager – SMB to join its dynamic team in Casablanca. This permanent (CDI) position is on‑site and offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of e‑commerce, logistics, and food delivery.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Account Management: Build and nurture long‑term relationships with small and medium business partners, ensuring their success on the Glovo platform.
    • Revenue Growth: Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, develop account plans, and achieve sales targets.
    • Partner Enablement: Provide training, resources, and support to partners to maximize their performance and satisfaction.
    • Data‑Driven Insights: Analyze partner metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements to increase partner retention and profitability.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align partner needs with platform capabilities.
    • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to advise partners and inform strategy.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or business consultancy, preferably within FMCG, food‑hospitality, or on‑demand delivery sectors.
    • Strong background in sales, business development, and commercial strategy.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
    • Proficiency in project management, problem solving, and data analysis.
    • Advanced proficiency in Arabic (native) and English (fluent).
    • Comfortable using Excel and familiar with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
