    Glovo, a leading global on‑demand delivery platform, is expanding its presence in Morocco and is looking for a Senior Account Manager – SMB to join the Casablanca team. This role is pivotal in driving the company’s growth within the small‑to‑medium business (SMB) market, ensuring that local restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, and other merchants receive the best possible service and support.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with SMB partners, acting as the primary point of contact.
    • Understand each partner’s business model, challenges, and growth objectives to tailor solutions that increase order volume and customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—marketing, operations, product, and finance—to align partner strategies with Glovo’s overall business goals.
    • Set and achieve performance metrics, including revenue targets, partner retention rates, and service level agreements.
    • Conduct regular business reviews, provide actionable insights, and propose initiatives to improve partner performance.
    • Identify new partnership opportunities within the SMB ecosystem, including co‑marketing campaigns and promotional events.
    • Act as a mentor and coach to junior account managers and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 3–5 years of experience in high‑performance account management or business consulting, preferably within FMCG, food & hospitality, or on‑demand delivery sectors.
    • Strong background in business administration or marketing, with a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
    • Native proficiency in Arabic and fluent English communication skills.
    • Demonstrated commercial acumen, excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
    • Data‑driven mindset with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
