Senior Accountant (Hybrid, Casablanca)

About the role

Cypher is seeking an English‑speaking Senior Accountant to join its Moroccan office. You will lead financial reporting, supervise a small team of accountants and help shape the company’s financial products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead accurate financial reporting and analysis in line with IFRS, U.S. GAAP and best practices.
• Supervise and mentor a team of entry‑level accountants, ensuring efficient workflows.
• Develop and optimise accounting processes using SAP, XERO, Quickbooks and CRM tools.
• Provide insights and strategies that support the growth of Cypher’s financial products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting; CPA or CFA preferred.
• 2‑4 years of proven accounting experience, preferably in a Big Four environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills in English.
• Leadership ability to guide and develop a small accounting team.
