The core mission is to transition the existing booking and payment infrastructure into a robust, multi‑tenant SaaS architecture that can serve both B2B partners and individual consumers across Morocco and other African markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the backend codebase and lead large‑scale refactoring initiatives to improve maintainability and performance.
• Design and implement tenant isolation mechanisms, ensuring strict data separation and compliance with privacy standards.
• Strengthen access control models, integrating role‑based permissions and fine‑grained policies.
• Optimize PostgreSQL queries and overall database performance, including indexing, partitioning, and query tuning.
• Develop and maintain robust unit and integration tests, ensuring high code coverage and reliability.
• Collaborate with product, data, and DevOps teams to align backend services with business goals.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 6 years of professional backend development experience.
• Expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS frameworks.
• Strong SQL and PostgreSQL knowledge, with a track record of performance tuning.
• Hands‑on experience with multi‑tenant architecture, tenant isolation, and access control.
• Proficiency in writing clean, testable code and maintaining comprehensive test suites.

Contract & Compensation:

• Type: CDI (permanent contract).
• Remote work is supported; the role is based in Casablanca but can be performed from anywhere.
• Monthly salary ranges from 22,000 to 26,000 Moroccan Dirhams (MAD).
