Key responsibilities include:
- Architecting and implementing robust backend services using Node.js, Express, and Prisma ORM.
- Designing and deploying scalable, fault‑tolerant systems on AWS, leveraging services such as EC2, RDS, and S3.
- Leading a team of backend engineers, providing mentorship, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with product managers and DevOps to define release schedules, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring strategies.
- Ensuring compliance with security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and data encryption.
- Optimizing system performance through profiling, caching, and load balancing.
