JESA Advisory & Digital Solutions, a leading management consulting unit of JESA, is expanding its footprint into financial advisory services. The firm, co‑owned by OCP Group and Worley, brings over a decade of engineering excellence and sector leadership in infrastructure, energy, mining, water, and industrial ecosystems. By integrating deep technical expertise with financial structuring capabilities, JESA aims to bridge the gap between project identification and financial close, ensuring bankability, structuring, and partner engagement for large‑scale industrial, energy, mining, and infrastructure projects across Africa and beyond.
As a Senior Financial Advisory Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in executing financial advisory mandates across multiple sectors, including mining, energy, infrastructure, and sustainable industries. Your responsibilities will encompass conducting sector and market analyses, building and maintaining complex financial models (DCF, M&A, PPP structures, project finance), supporting feasibility and bankability assessments, drafting investment memoranda, teasers, and presentations for clients, investors, and DFIs, and assisting in due diligence processes (financial, commercial, ESG). You will also contribute to transaction execution, including debt raising, refinancing, and partner negotiations, and maintain databases of sector projects, DFIs tenders, and client portfolios.
To succeed in this role, you should possess 3–5 years of experience in financial advisory, investment banking, Big 4 transaction advisory, or infrastructure/project finance. A Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Engineering from a Tier 1 university is required. You must demonstrate strong financial modelling and Excel skills, and exposure to PPP/concession agreements, EPC/O&M contracts, and DFI funding instruments is a plus. Fluency in English and French is mandatory; Arabic is considered an asset. Personal attributes such as passion for Africa’s development, enthusiasm for industry, infrastructure, and urban development, analytical excellence, curiosity, openness, collaboration, adaptability, and a proactive, can‑do attitude are essential.
Benefits include high‑impact strategic projects that shape the future of Africa and the region, industry insight and accelerated learning, a clearly defined career path within JESA ADS and the broader JESA Group, meaningful connections through team‑building events and after‑work gatherings, and continuous learning opportunities through dedicated budgets, training programs, global certifications, and international conferences. The hybrid working model offers flexibility while fostering collaboration and engagement.
