JESA Advisory & Digital Solutions, the management consulting arm of JESA, is expanding its footprint into Financial Advisory services. Leveraging its deep expertise in engineering, infrastructure, and industrial ecosystems, the firm seeks a Senior Consultant to bridge the gap between project identification and financial close for large-scale projects across Africa and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive sector and market analyses for mining, energy, infrastructure, and industrial ecosystems.
• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models, including DCF, M&A, PPP structures, and project finance frameworks.
• Support feasibility and bankability assessments, performing tariff modeling and sensitivity analysis.
• Draft investment memoranda, teasers, and presentations for clients, investors, and Development Finance Institutions (DFIs).
• Assist in due diligence processes covering financial, commercial, and ESG aspects.
• Contribute to transaction execution, including debt raising, refinancing, and partner negotiations.
• Maintain and update databases of sector projects, DFI tenders, and client portfolios.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in financial advisory, investment banking, Big 4 transaction advisory, or infrastructure/project finance.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Engineering from a Tier 1 university.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel.
• Experience with PPP/concession agreements, EPC/O&M contracts, and DFI funding instruments is a plus.
• Fluency in English and French required; Arabic is an asset.
